One of the key features of Promptext is that a text can be sent to tens, hundreds or thousands of recipients simultaneously.

Within your Promptext account you can store recipient lists, lists can be just one or thousands long, can be named to suit your needs and there is no limit to the number of lists. Lists may be edited at any time, can include individual recipient names and are easily created from spreadsheets, text documents or database tables.
The option of personalizing your messages by setting the sender ID* to a name (11 characters max.), to your office landline number, to a mobile number or to your Promptext response number is available. Ideal for branding your messages or just making replying easier.
Delivery receipts* are available to inform you of the status of your messages. Receipts confirm when a message arrived at the handset, if it is still in transit or if it failed to arrive.
Promptext offers two services for sending messages, Lite and Premium. The two services are compared below:
