Paying on line through your Promptext account:
- On line payments use credit/debit cards through our partner SagePay
- Credits must be purchased prior to using services
On line purchase utilizes a system of message credits, credits are purchased prior to use and discounts are applied for larger purchases. Each Promptext service is charged in credit multiples, for example 1 credit is used to send 1 message for the Lite service and 1.25 credits are used to send 1 Premium message.
The minimum on line purchase is 50 credits. A VAT receipt is available for printing. When credits reach a predetermined level a warning email is sent as messages cannot be sent unless there are sufficient credits available.

Monthly Account
For clients consistently sending more than 250 messages per month we are able to invoice on a monthly basis for messages sent. Terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date and invoices are raised on the first working day of each month.
Invoices can be broken down by branch usage for cost allocation for multi branch clients. There are no set up fees and only sent messages are charged for providing usage is greater than 250 in a month.
Minimum Charges.
Should usage in a given month be below 250 messages then a minimum charge will be applied, these are £13.75 and £17.50 for Lite and Premium customers respectively (ex VAT).

Lite and Premium charges are per message per recipient.
Minimum charge is waived if an inbound service is used.

Response Services
The minimum period is three months and one months notice is required to cancel the service.
Set up fees are payable before connection of service and admin fees are payable monthly in advance
