Trial Account User Information

If you have a promptxt trial account you may convert it to a pay as you go account or an invoiced account (conditions apply). Invoiced account details are available for download from the documentation page.

1. Log in using the user name and password provided.
2. You may send your trial messages without obligation.
3. Fill in your details on the My Profile page.
4. Change your password on the My Profile page.
5. Email us at user@promptxt.com stating your user name and to what you wish it to be changed to, if you are applying for a monthly account please provide a contact phone number.
6. We will confirm back to you when your user name has been changed.

You may purchase message credits on line using your trial account.
